Nicolle is in her 11th year practicing residential real estate in The Triangle. Together with her husband and Move With Mercer, Inc. business partner, Robert, they have helped hundreds of buyers, sellers & Investor clients to achieve their real estate goals. Nicolle is also a Certified Instructor of Real Estate in North Carolina, helping other real estate professionals maintain their active licenses. She brings both of these real-world and classroom experiences to help guide clients through the intricate process of home selling and buying. Holding a Master’s Degree in Interpersonal Communication, along with her past twelve years in student housing sales & marketing, has given Nicolle the keen ability to build a team that is overwhelmingly a referral-based real estate team.

Nicolle has been a Triangle resident for over 30 years, and has done life in Durham for 27+ of those years. Having raised their awesome sons Nicholas and Jackson in the Bull City, Nicolle & Robert enjoy being out and about gathering with friends, and whether it’s coordinating a 350-person neighborhood Oktoberfest or having a few friends over for evening cocktails – they can make you feel AT HOME in no time.
